This Drink Makes Miracles: Here’s What Happens If You Drink Honey And Cinnamon Before Going To Sleep

Boil 200 ml of water and out ½ tsp of cinnamon powder into it. Let it stay covered for half an hour and when the water cools of, add 1 tsp of honey. Drink half a cup before going to bed and cover the other half, storing it in the fridge. In the morning drink the other cold half on an empty stomach.
