In the season of cold and flu, it is important to find a natural way to prevent illnesses and protect ourselves.

Coughing, stuffy or runny nose, painful throat and significantly low energy – we all know how exhausting can be to

Apart from the remedies for flus and colds, there are several that include the same ingredients and treat issues such as gallstones, nausea, asthma attacks, toothaches and excess weight.

Lemon_Juice

Sore throat

Treat the sore throat by mixing juice from one lemon, a bit of salt and ground black pepper. Use it to gurgle. You can also use cold vinegar for this purpose.

To open a blocked up nose

Mix equal amounts of black pepper, cinnamon, cumin and cardamom seeds, grind them to a thin powder and smell or inhale the mixture.

Nausea

To alleviate nausea, mix black pepper and water in a glass, add some fresh lemon juice, mix and drink slowly.

To lose weight

In a glass of water, mix 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and one tablespoon of honey, stir well and drink the combination every day.

Gallstones

Prepare a mixture of 1 tablespoon of organic, extra-virgin olive oil and a cup of organic lemon juice to eliminate gallstones.

Reduce asthma attacks

Boil 8 to 10 grains pepper, 2 clove buds and 10-15 basil leaves in water. Boil it for 15 minutes, strain it and add 2 spoons of honey. You can also add some milk. Consume it fresh.

Toothache

To eliminate painful toothache, combine some ground black pepper with clove oil and smear this ointment onto the affected area.
