Take a large pot of water and put on fire and than grate ½ cup of fresh ginger. When water starts boiling, reduce the heat , place the ginger on of cotton cloth. Tie the ginger with a string in order to form tea bag and sink the ginger bag in hot water about 5 minutes.
Put washcloth in the ginger water, apply it to the body, by letting it cool a little before applying to skin. After that, place another towel over compressed one in order to help hold the heat in. After 5 minutes change the cloth, as soon as it cools off. Remember to use at least 2 towels also have alternate soaking cloth. Repeat the process several times. If you want to achieve maximum effectiveness you should use the ginger water within 2 or 3 hours of preparation. It is best to prepare ginger water fresh for every treatment. Do this method 2 or 3 times a week until desired level of fat burning.
