Read the following procedure:
1/2 cup of ginger root,
1/2 cup of horseradish root,
1/2 cup of turmeric root,
1 medium red onion,
10 cloves of garlic,
1 jalapeno pepper,
1/4 tablespoons of cayenne pepper powder
and 32 oz. bottle of raw apple cider vinegar.
All of the previously mentioned ingredients except for the apple cider vinegar should be put into a food processor and to be equally chopped. Put all of the pieces into the jar and fill the rest with apple cider vinegar. Cover it and store it in the fridge for 1 month before use. After a month, strain the mixture and put it into another clean jar.
Against cold take 1 or 2 tablespoons of this remedy, 3 times a day until the symptoms are gone. Consume ½ or 1 tablespoon of it if your body is sensitive to spicy food for 2-3 times daily until there are present improvements.
