Any kind of aronia contains antioxidants needed to fight free radicals. In its framework there are several minerals like iron, manganese, iodine and phosphorus. Sorbitol is a fruit sugar which is also located in the aronia. It is very rare, and serves as a sweetener. Sorbitol slowly decomposes in our metabolism, which makes it suitable for consumption.
