However, each of us, in our kitchen, we have the three ingredients that can help your hands stay soft during the winter.

Olive oil

Antioxidants and healthy fatty acids in olive oil soften the skin and make it hydrated. For soft hands skin, mix equal amounts of olive oil and sugar. Massage your hands with this mixture, in a circular motion for 5 minutes. Then rinse and repeat the procedure once again during the day.

Oatmeal

Oatmeal can be used for natural exfoliation of the skin, and the proteins prevent it from drying. Two tablespoons of oatmeal and a tablespoon of honey, mix with little water until you get a thick paste. With circular movements rub the skin of your hands and allow it to dry for 10 minutes, just like a face mask. Rinse and repeat the procedure once again during the week.

Coconut oil

Coconut oil has many benefits for skin care, because of its combination of fatty acids. Besides preventing the skin from drying, it also helps relieve from eventual burns. Up to 4 tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil, rub on your hands with circular movements. Put on gloves and leave it overnight to act. You can repeat the procedure every evening, but once a week you must do this treatment.
