You Think That 120/80 Is A Normal Blood Pressure: You Are Completely Wrong!
We all know that 120/80 is considered to be the normal human blood pressure, but some recent guidelines from the ESC Association claim that this has changed. According to these guidelines that the new normal blood pressure is 140/90, although the limit for diabetics and the elderly is set lower.
Previously, everyone panicked and went to the doctor when their blood pressure was raised to 139/89, but with the new limit which is actually the new normal, no one has to. It is considered that this new limit doesn’t increase the risk of heart attack or stroke, so don’t worry!
